Tank and Hideout Terms and Conditions: POOL INFORMATION: Pool hours of operation, food service availability, and slide hours vary depending on the season and can be confirmed on our website at https://www.goldennugget.com/las-vegas/amenities/h2o-pool/. Hours of operation are subject to change without notice. All purchases within the pool complex require a government-issued photo ID. All operations are weather permitting. Must be 21 or older to enter the Hideout with a government-issued photo ID. Hideout hours are subject to change. For use of the jacuzzi, guests must be at least 16 years of age per the Southern Nevada Health District. RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS: All reservations are full-day rentals. Rental hours run from 10am -5pm through March 16 and extend to 10am-6pm on March 17. Check-in for reservations is from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. For any late check-ins, contact the cabana reservations team at [email protected]. Failure to arrive during check-in time without notice will result in a forfeiture of your deposit and resale of your rental. Rentals will be assigned at check-in after 10:00am. Any specified requests are considered but not guaranteed. All reservations and admission costs are subject to an 9% service charge. Reservations may contain a food and beverage minimum spend alongside or in lieu of the reservation fee. Prepaid minimum spends are forfeited if not used in full. All food & beverage tabs left open after closure of area will have an 18% gratuity added automatically. POOL RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the start of the original reservation time by sending an email to [email protected]. Processing and CC fees are non-refundable upon booking. Cancellations and no-shows received after the 48 hour timeframe will not receive a refund. Pool rental pricing is subject to change based on demand. No refunds will be issued in the event of inclement weather or pool water closures. POOL POLICIES: Prior to entry, all guests and their personal belongings will be inspected by security to ensure that restricted items are not brought into the pool complex. Weapons of any kind are not allowed in the pool complex. Glass containers, coolers, floatable devices, portable speakers, vapes, and outside food and beverages are prohibited. For celebrations, cakes are prohibited. As an alternative, cupcakes are allowed with management approval. Balloons, streamers or decorations of any kind also require manager approval. Please reach out to [email protected] for assistance. Smoking is not permitted on the 1st or 2nd levels of the Tank. Smoking is permitted only in reservation areas on the 3rd level of the Tank and within the Hideout pool area. Smoking is also permitted when actively playing at the gaming tables on the 1st level. Vapes are prohibited in all areas. Spray sun care products are not permitted for use anywhere in the pool area or in the hotel walkways. If you need to use spray sun care products, please do so before arriving at the pool. For your convenience, we have sunscreen options available for purchase within the property's gift shops. If a member of our pool staff witnesses any use of spray sun care products, you will be asked to stop immediately. LIFEGUARD GUIDELINES: The priority of all Lifeguards is to ensure the safety of all guests on deck. All children require adult supervision when in the water and MUST NOT be left unattended. Running, diving, and horseplay are strictly prohibited in the pool area. The Lifeguards will strictly enforce these restrictions. Any retaliation or harassment towards the Lifeguards or any of the pool staff will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the pool area. *Pool Rules and Regulations are subject to change without notice.
