Clipse is a hip-hop duo from Virginia Beach, Virginia, composed of brothers Terrence “Pusha T” Thornton and Gene “No Malice” Thornton. They formed the group in the early 1990s and rose to prominence with their 2002 debut album Lord Willin’, which was produced by their longtime collaborators, The Neptunes. Their music is known for its gritty, street-focused lyrics and clever wordplay, which was heavily influenced by their experiences in the drug trade. After a hiatus for solo projects, the duo reunited and released Let God Sort ‘Em Out in 2025.
